Outlook 365 will do this if you don’t properly format your links. Be sure to include “https://” before the address and this problem should go away.
One cause we have found for this issue is lack of a URL. If you don’t include a url, for instance href=”#”, Outlook 365 will ignore the link and any styling on it. You should insert a dummy URL for testing purposes, like this: href=”https://www.example.com”.
