How to Reset your Password
If you cannot access your account due to a forgotten password, it is easy to reset following these steps:
- Go to emailonacid.com, and click on Login.
- Click on Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address associated with your Email on Acid account, and click Submit.
- You will receive an email with a link, click Reset Password to be directed to the reset password page.
- Type in your new password, then confirm the password.
- Once you have successfully reset your password you will see a green success sign.
Note: We’ve updated our password requirements! Passwords must be at least 10 characters long. They must contain both capitals and lower-case letters, at least 1 number, and a special character will help to make your account more secure. They must not contain any part of your full name, company name or email.
