Notification for Invoice Based Subscription Payments
Annual subscribers paying via check or bank transfer will receive notification emails 60, 30 and 15 days prior to the subscription renewal date.
To begin your check or bank transfer based invoice renewal please contact Email on Acid Support at helpdesk@emailonacid.com with your username and subscription information. They will be able to assist with your renewal request, and ensure that your service is active once again as soon as possible.
If a request is not made to our Email on Acid Support team by the renewal date, then active subscription service will be suspended due to
subscription expiration.
