How often do my analytics numbers update?

We keep our analytics results as up to date as possible, refreshing every 5 minutes when possible.

If your analytics aren’t updating:

  • Wait up to 24 hours as if there is a high number returning this may cause slight delays
  • Verify that your tracking links and tracking pixel are still working and have not been modified by your ESP
  • Check that you have remaining opens on your account, and if not click here to learn more
