Can you explain your refund terms in greater detail?
No refunds will be provided for monthly subscriptions; if you purchase a monthly subscription and wish to cancel, following the cancellation request you will be provided with active testing access for the remainder of your current billing cycle, or you can contact us at helpdesk@emailonacid.com and we are happy to allow you to use that month at a later time.
For annual subscriptions canceled within 30 days of payment, a pro-rated refund will be provided subtracting the cost of one full month of service and providing active testing access for that month.
Email on Acid does not provide refunds for any sub-user or add-on subscription payments.
